The action packed IPL has 8 teams and 2 of them are down there at the bottom. the most promising teams in Mumbai Indians and Deccan Chargers have disappointed. the team plays at a unit and is mantra of win. in case of Deccan chargers , laxman was ineffective as captain , the team didnt gel well , and there were a hundred run out chances missed .
